Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging in our digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms
and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our
services.
2. Service Description:
We offer digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, social media management,
content creation, and online advertising. The specific services provided will be outlined in the
agreement between the client and the company.
3. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of
digital marketing campaigns/PR/Marketing Activities. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness
of the services.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment details, including pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in the
service agreement. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.
5. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the
course of the engagement.
6. Intellectual Property:
Any intellectual property created during the provision of services, including but not limited to
content, graphics, and strategies, will remain the property of the Anka Services unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing.
7. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services with written notice. The client remains responsible for any
outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Performance Metrics:
Performance metrics will be established and measured based on mutually agreed-upon key
performance indicators (KPIs). Regular reports will be provided to the client.
9. Force Majeure:
Anka Services is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government actions.
10. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to enter into good-faith negotiations to resolve the
matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in
accordance with local laws in Goa India only.
11. Amendments:
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of any
changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
